We, AyurCall, strive to give the very best shopping experience. In case of any problem, damage, or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to raise a return or exchange request

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website, or units are missing as per the ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at hello@ayurcall.com or call us on +91 80955 11877 within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Return & exchange process

Once we receive your request, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.

Refund timeline

For exchange/return of products, refund will be processed within 7 working days subject to product inspection.

Refund mode: Refund will be credited to the customer through any of the following payment modes: Wallet / Net Banking / UPI.

Cancellation policy

Order cancellation is possible only in cases of items not yet shipped. In such cases, money will be refunded within 48–72 business hours after cancellation.
